Lunchtime Provision

We have a large field for the children to use at lunchtime (weather permitting). There are two pairs of football goals for different classes to use, two tables tennis tables on the playground, two netball goals, two basketball nets and an area for den building and rope swings.
The playground also has sheltered huts and a gazebo for children to talk to friends, read or take part in different lunchtime activities such as lego. 
There are three different areas for the younger pupils: gym equipment with monkey bars, a clatter bridge area and a playground area with slides for the younger children.

We have been creating our own forest school area which is used during lunchtime provision. It is an area where children can take part in mini beast hunts, sit under the shade with their friends and learn about the importance of wildflowers.
